All Things FMS

Inniskillin Hall is available to Faculty of Mathematics and Science clubs and societies through the FMS Student Association. Submit a request, and a booking coordinator will review it.

FMS Mentors run orientation activities, mentorship events and one-on-one connections with mentees throughout the year - log each contribution here to keep a running record for the program.

How booking requests work?

Register with your @brocku.ca email and verify it.
A coordinator links your account to your club.
Check the calendar, then submit a booking request with your event details, expected attendance and setup needs.
The system checks it against hall hours, blackout dates and existing bookings, then a coordinator approves, declines, or asks for changes.
You get an email at every step, and approved events show on the shared calendar.

Logging mentorship contributions

Sign in with your @brocku.ca account - any signed-in Brock account can log a contribution, no club membership needed.
Log a contribution each time you mentor, run an activity, or help build community - it takes about a minute. Not sure if something counts? Check what counts.
Your entries and progress toward this term's objectives are always visible on your mentorship page, linked as "Mentorship" in the menu once you're signed in.
