Book Inniskillin Hall

Inniskillin Hall is available to Faculty of Mathematics and Science clubs and societies through the FMS Student Association. Submit a request, and a booking coordinator will review it.

How it works

  1. Register with your @brocku.ca email and verify it.
  2. A coordinator links your account to your club.
  3. Check the calendar, then submit a booking request with your event details, expected attendance and setup needs.
  4. The system checks it against hall hours, blackout dates and existing bookings, then a coordinator approves, declines, or asks for changes.
  5. You get an email at every step, and approved events show on the shared calendar.
